Getting started
Bring the gear.
Tell us the story.
Show us the problem
Walk in with your instrument or gear. Tell us what feels wrong, your usual tuning, and anything that helps explain the issue.
Talk through the work
We’ll inspect it and discuss what it needs. More involved repairs receive an estimate before work begins.
Get back to making music
Ask about timing when you drop off. The type of repair, parts needed, and current workload all affect turnaround.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Statesboro shop. Call ahead if you’d like to check current hours or repair availability before making the trip.
How long does a restring or repair take?
Most standard restrings can be completed the same day when workload allows. Setups and other repairs depend on the job and our current workload. Ask us about timing at drop-off.
Are strings included in these prices?
The prices listed are for labor. Strings, replacement parts, and materials are additional. Restringing a locking tremolo does not include a separate setup.
What if my repair is not listed?
Give us a call or bring the instrument in for an evaluation. Repairs beyond the listed services are quoted after inspection; amplifier and pedal diagnostics may carry a bench charge.
